The ingredients that arrive at our facility are processed to be used in the bruschetta topping process. The bread we use is the result of our exclusive recipe, the fruit of careful studies, and is also used to make our oven-baked flavoured Bruschettini.
Once completed with the toppings, the "Divine Bruschette" undergo a rapid blast chilling, which preserves all their organoleptic properties. The product is then packaged and stored in a special room for distribution.
